SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

  • After 9/11 attacks on New York’s World Trade Center, consulted with U.S. Secret Service on how to harden U.S. Vice President's command and control center.

  • Co-developer of technology and procedures in construction, materials management and training to master the rapid construction (as little as two days to completion) of a 5,000 square foot building.

WORK HISTORY:

In 1996 he started Bayland Builders and Developers, Inc., MD, to complete construction of custom homes other builders had abandoned, formulating here techniques for the Insular steel stud wall panel system. He grew Aspenwood Building Corporation (1980 to 1995), to $30million annual sales, more than 100 employees producing custom luxury homes in the exclusive Baltimore, MD, suburb of Ruxton.
